What to Seek

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33"

The kingdom of God operates differently from the kingdom of this world. The kingdom of this world is all about acquiring material wealth, fame, popularity, money, etc. On the other hand, the kingdom of God seeks God's desire and His righteousness, which is His Son, Jesus Christ. If we put Jesus Christ first, He will add the wealth, money, job, spouse, etc.,( everything that we need. If we can only understand God and move along with Him, we will find everything we need in life quite easy.  Our aim should be to seek God first.  He will and assuredly add every other thing needed.  May we walk with this understanding, and we will never be anxious for anything.
