Our Children Need us.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)

The kind of training we have determine how we will turn out. God cannot use a person without training them (Luke 4:1–13). The best stage to train a person  is @  tender age; that is, the childhood stage. This is a stage where the mind is eager to learn, and the mechanisms of the brain are attuned to learn faster. This accounts for why children are able to learn languages and arithmetic quicker than adults.

It's vital that parents and guardians make time to teach children the ways of the Lord so that they develop the love for God at that tender age (Luke 2:46–50). We need to identify the gifts and talents God has given them and educate them along that line. Doing a job that is a product of your divine gifts and talent brings more joy than doing something far apart from your gifts or talents. May God give us the grace to train our children well so that they will be beneficial to God and society.

Pray thus: My precious Father,  thank You so much for Grace & opportunity to be parents. Help us to bring up children for you. Please endow us with wisdom and the skills to be good parent that keeps training our children in the fear of God and inculcating good values in them, so they become vessels of honour in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

   Accelerated Grace.
