“Seeing there be many things that increase vanity, what is man the better?” Ecclesiastes 6:11 (KJV)

The earth was a perfect place until sin entered it and turned it upside down. Many things have become corrupt due to sin, and mankind is filled with insatiable desires because of it. The children of God are called unto glory and virtue, and it is vital to focus on the kingdom of God to keep you from entangling yourself with things that do not profit the Christian life (2 Peter 1:3).

Beloved, the enemy will throw many things at you, such as sexual immorality, greed, money, information, etc. He will package them to attract you to sin. PLEASE be on the lookout and control your desires; seek to fulfill desires that lead to holiness, righteousness, and peace, and your life will be better off than many (Romans 8:6).  In Matthew 22:37

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 

 God is not a man that He should lie nor a son of man that He should repent. He wants 100% of our heart,(Spirit,  Soul and Body ( heart, mind ). He knows those who love Him 100% and those who don't. If you do love Him with your whole heart, ( Spirit, Soul, & Body),& submit daily to Him, I am afraid. Will you give your all to our Father in Heaven?

Prayer: My everlasting Father, thank You for leading me into your word of Truth. Help me  control my appetite. May I never follow  material things and Earthly desires bc they are vanities. Please make me spiritually minded, and lead me to use the power vested in me to control my appetites so  I can live a life that pleases You in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
